I’m stuck at “Who is the sender:”

If the SafeReferral new message wizard won’t let you progress past Step 3: Enter sender and subject and there are no names under “who is the sender:” it’s because you have not entered any providers for your office (e.g. the sending doctor).

Close the new message wizard. Click on the settings icon (gear top right), choose “My Providers” and add a name for the sender of record. Try the new message wizard again and it will allow you to progress.
