Getting Started: Partner (sending office) Set-Up

Register at SafeReferral.com under Trial>>Partner then;

Step 1: Download and Install SafeReferral

  • Find the email sent to you from SafeReferral
  • Use the link to download “PartnerSetup.exe” to your computer
  • Note: Internet browsers block “.exe” files by default.  Select “Keep” in Chrome or “Allow” in Internet Explorer
  • Find “PartnerSetup.exe” in your downloads folder (if you’ve saved it there) and double click to run
  • Note: Windows and antivirus software block “.exe” files by default, select “Allow” or “Run anyway”
  • Follow the installation wizard, read and accept the End User License Agreement to install
  • If SafeReferral doesn’t automatically start after installation, launch it from its desktop icon or the start menu

Step 2: Activate & Add Providers

  • Open SafeReferral (start menu or desktop icon)
  • Enter your username and password (created when you registered)
  • Enter the activation code provided in the email
  • Create answers to security questions (REMEMBER THESE – WE CANNOT RETRIEVE THEM)
  • Click the gear symbol (top right)
  • Click “My Providers” and choose “Add Provider”
  • Add each provider (the referring person of record) and change status to “active”

Step 3: Link to SafeReferral Subscribers (receiving offices/specialists)

You only need to make one request to a subscriber (specialist) office. All workstations will be connected once the request is accepted

  • Click the connections icon (top left)
  • See all offices who subscribe to SafeReferral
  • Click the offices you want to connect with and request a connection
