“Errors obtaining partner info. Please check and try again”
The messages “Errors obtaining partner info. Please check and try again” and “Errors obtaining subscriber info. Please check and try again” mean that your computer lost it’s internet connection while SafeReferral was running.
To correct it, close SafeReferral completely (right-click on the system tray icon and select close) and restart the program. If the problem persists, contact tech support.
